GET Your Campus Involved

Bringing SCLA Academy to Your Campus Takes One Conversation

Affiliation is straightforward, free for your institution, and built to require minimal lift from your team. Here's how to get started.

How Affiliation Works

From first conversation to active campus in four steps

1

Start the Conversation

Reach out through the contact form below or email universityrelations@thescla.org directly. We'll schedule a brief call — typically 20 to 30 minutes — to walk through the program, answer your questions, and confirm fit for your campus. No commitment required at this stage.

2

Designate your Campus Representative

Identify the faculty or staff member who will serve as your campus representative. This is typically a Dean of Students, Director of Career Services, or VP of Student Affairs. SCLA provides a complete onboarding packet with everything your representative needs — communication templates, kickoff details, student FAQ, and program overview materials.

3

Your Campus Goes Live

SCLA adds your campus to the directory and activates university email access for enrolled students. Your representative receives all materials needed to communicate the program through your existing campus channels. No new infrastructure, no new systems.

4

Students Activate

Your representative shares program details through your existing campus communication channels. Students register using their university email address and activate their own access. SCLA handles all onboarding, student support, and ongoing platform communications from that point forward.

Campus Representative Role
The Campus Representative Role

One Person.
Minimal Time.
Maximum Impact For Your Students.

Each affiliated campus designates one campus representative — the institutional point of contact between your campus and SCLA. The role is intentionally light-touch and does not require dedicated staff time or ongoing program management.

What the role involves:

  • Serving as the institutional point of contact for SCLA Academy
  • Sharing Live Academy Kickoff details through existing campus channels
  • Providing advisor recommendations for students pursuing Honor Society eligibility

What the role does not involve:

  • Managing student accounts or day-to-day platform activity
  • Delivering program content or facilitating sessions
  • Handling student billing, technical support, or access issues
