From first conversation to active college in four steps

Start the Conversation

Reach out through the form below or email academy@thescla.org directly. We'll schedule a brief call, typically 20 to 30 minutes, to walk through the program, answer your questions, and make sure it's the right fit for your college. No commitment required at this stage.

Choose Your College Representative

This can be anyone at your college who's invested in student success, faculty or staff, as long as the right institutional approvals are in place. We run the program day to day, they're just the point of contact. We'll give them everything they need to understand it and explain it to students or fellow administrators whenever it comes up.

Your College Goes Live

SCLA adds your college to the directory. We work with your team to determine the outreach approach that's the right fit for your institution, fully FERPA compliant and aligned with your student data privacy policies.

Students Activate

Using the approach we've agreed on together, your students learn about the program and are invited to activate their own access.

The Campus Representative Role

One Person.

Every college that joins has one college representative, the main point of contact between your college and SCLA.

What the role involves:

  • Securing any institutional approvals needed to bring the program to your college
  • Understanding the program well enough to answer questions from students or fellow administrators

What the role doesn't involve:

  • Managing student accounts or day-to-day platform activity
  • Delivering program content or running sessions
  • Handling student billing, technical support, or access issues
